Due to the number of customers we have, and the number of requests we receive on a daily bases, a schedule has been created to determine what time and day your add-on requests will be processed and available for use.

All requests received on a scheduled day between 12 noon from the previous scheduled day and 12 noon on the current day will be processed the same day. So if you placed your request at 11:00 am on Monday, your request will be done the same day (Monday).

Note: The following schedule is only valid for those of you paying by credit card. All others will be notified when the add-on has been installed after we receive payment.
