Each of our web hosting plans carries a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding overages (optional features).

This policy does not apply to any additional services or overages (optional features) such as: Extra FTP, POP3 or Telnet accounts, Chat rooms, List servers, domain registration or transfer, etc.

If you cancel after the first 30 days, we will refund you for any prepaid amount remaining on your contract.
