- If your a current reseller for another provider, evaluate
how many if not all of your accounts are you going to switch over to our servers under our
new hosting Reseller's Account.

- Resellers will need to set up an account with our hosting
services that you will be designated as your Master Reseller
Account. This master account is typically the account you want your customers to
visit when signing up for web hosting. Please note in the comment section that this is to
be setup as your reseller account or you can notify us via e-mail about your choice for
your master reseller's account so we can update the reseller status on the account.

- Resellers place the order using our secure Order Form which
requires a username and password that will be issued following the setup of your first
account. Be sure to use the customers name, address, phone number if you wish to register
with the InterNIC in their name. Customer's information on the order form will also enable
the domain name to be registered in the customer's name.

- It is VERY IMPORTANT that you
use our Reseller's Order Form for all future accounts once your first Master account has
been set up, in order to get our reseller pricing.

- If you entered your credit card on the online order form we
will process your account immediately. If you are paying by check or a US money order,
then we will need to receive your payment before we can process your account.

- Upon processing your payment, we will activate the account
and submit the domain registration or domain name transfer request to the InterNIC. We
will send you full publishing instructions and account information at the time of your
account activation.

- We will invoice the reseller. We bill the one-time setup fee
and the specified contract in advance. Resellers receive the appropriate discount at this
time after their first account activation. You will be issued a password and a username to
access the Reseller's discount order form when you have established your first account.

- Reseller invoices the customer.
